Fax from Gary Wolf to Bill Risner 3-04-04 re: Bill Risner's
request for a copy of the ethics complaint filed against him
Note that Gary Wolf's cooperation in supplying information
parallels that of KXCI's BOD and management -- as someone
characterized the BOD and management recently --
We don't have to... We don't want to... We ain't gonna.

Also note how KXCI tries to determine who attends a
negotiation session regarding the Democracy Initiative
(both for their issues and the DI Committee's issues)
Bill Risner is still a member of the DI Committee's
negotiating team (Risner, Egan, Murphy, Yerkey), yet KXCI
refuses to include his name in correspondence addressed
to that team (nor has it acknowledged that it will not).

This, despite the fact that there has been no ruling by the Bar
re: the ethics complaint -- nor was there one when Gary Wolf
phoned a committee member during the first negotiations
looking for an immediate ruling on whether Bill Risner could
attend those negotiations or not.

RE: KXCI

Dear Mr. Risner;

Referencing your unsigned fax coversheet faxed to my office of today's date (enclosed herein) requesting a copy of the Bar Complaint, I was instructed by Bar staff to simply send a cover letter and any supporting documents directly to the State Bar of Arizona, Lawyer Regulation, 111 W. Monroe, Phoenix AZ 85003, which I did. You may contact the above office should you have any questions. Should the Bar Committee require me to provide any additional information, I would be happy to share that with you, subject to approval by the Bar Committee.

Also, we (KXCI and myself) request that you do not attend the meeting today scheduled at my office because of the conflict issues discussed previously. Should the Democracy Initiative wish for another attorney (from an unrelated law firm) to attend the meeting on their behalf, we are happy to allow such attendance.

Respectfully,

Gary A. Wolf
