HARALSON, MILLER, PITT, FELDMAN & McANALLY, P.L.C.
Dear Mr. Miller:
My February 20 and 23 requests clearly stated that I was a member of
the Foundation for Creative Broadcasting, Inc. I am, of course, one of the members who are cooperating in the Democracy Initiative.
Your letter of February 26,
2004 contains the following line:
"If Mr. Wolf is correct, and if either of your February 20 or 23 requests
was made in your capacity as a member of or counsel to the KXCI Democracy Initiative, then your requests are inappropriate..."
You then stated that I should "feel free to contact" you if I had any
questions. This is that contact I do have questions. In what way would my request have been "inappropriate" either as a member
or as counsel to the KXCI democracy Initiative?
I note that you said "we are aware of the issues raised by Gary Wolf
and "if Mr. Wolf is correct." In responding, I hope you will not hide behind Gary Wolf To be blunt, any lawyer with half a
brain knows that his letter is unadulterated hogwash. I want to see if you can articulate in your own words why my request
is "inappropriate" in light of the issues raised by Mr. Wolf.
Yours Very Truly,
RISNER & GRAHAM
