I have read the KXCI DEMOCRACY INITIATIVE which contains

various proposed changes to the Bylaws of the FCB, Inc.  By my

KXCI DEMOCRACY INITIATIVE be submitted to the membership

for a vote conducted by an independent organization within 45 days of
