Foundation for Creative Broadcasting DBA-KXCI-FM Volunteer agreement

All volunteers must sign this document as a requirement of volunteer service. __________

I understand that this agreement shall not be construed to create any entitlement due volunteers. I understand that as a volunteer that I am not an employee and I have no rights as an employee.________

I understand that volunteer service is allowed by KXCI OR THE FOUNDATION FOR CREATIVE BROADCASTING and that the appropriate departmental supervisor assigns volunteer tasks.  __________

I understand that as a volunteer, I must follow all applicable federal, state, local laws, and any applicable regulations. I agree to protect all KXCI resources, assets, information, and community good will.  _________

I understand that I am not being compensated and agree that any benefit perceived by me as a volunteer or offered by KXCI will not construed as consideration or compensation.  ____________

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.  ____________

I understand and agree that any modification of this document shall be made by the Board of Directors for The Foundation for Creative Broadcasting DBA KXCI-FM.  ____________

I understand and agree that this agreement supersedes any prior understanding, agreement or contract between the parties and that this agreement will control my relationship as a volunteer for The Foundation for Creative Broadcasting DBA KXCI-FM. ____________

I know and understand that there is no policy, procedure, employment right, nor due process created herein regarding volunteer supervision or discipline.  I understand and agree that the appropriate supervisor and KXCI management will make all decisions regarding volunteers on a case-by-case basis.  These decisions are final and no provision for appeal is provided.  _________

I understand that I have the right to discontinue my volunteer service at any time

I understand that volunteer services can be discontinued at anytime without cause, as determined by KXCI management.  I understand that my services as a volunteer may be changed, altered, moved, or terminated for any reason or no reason at all.________
