Dear Sirs,

In regards to your letter of 10/31/03 regarding the KXCI Democracy Initiative, I can confirm that the initiative and its corresponding proposed changes to the Foundation for Creative Broadcasting, Inc. bylaws will be discussed by the full board at the regularly scheduled November 17, 2003 meeting as per your request.

Your letter and the proposed changes have been forwarded to members of the station's legal team, and the Board of Directors will be discussing the advice received from its attorneys during the closed executive session.

A possible motion regarding the Board's position on the initiative will be discussed under New Business, if time permits, during the meeting.
