Re: Election Procedure Meeting Follow up

When we met on March 3, I requested that you respond in writing to the election proposals I presented at that meeting.  That response was to include examples of special elections brought by petitions which did not include a signature certification process; bids for signature certification and printing; and a counter proposal on election procedures which met the guidelines and goals we discussed.  As of this date you have not responded to this request.

Despite our every effort to resolve the questions regarding election procedures within 45 days of presentation of your petitions, this has not been possible, due to your continued reluctance to cooperate.  The Board is ready to proceed with an election upon your payment of election expenses, as required in the bylaws.  Upon presentation of a certified check for $4189.17, the election will proceed.
