Dear Gary, Bradley and Kathleen:

It appears that the Board of the Foundation for Creative Broadcasting, Inc. may have been informed that I have behaved "unethically" and "inappropriately." As these characterizations relate to my professional fitness I consider them to be defamatory. I request that you immediately stop your defamatory remarks. If you do not, I will consider your behavior to be malicious.

The fact that one or more of you has filed a baseless ethical complaint does not relieve you of your obligation to refrain from slander.
