Dear Mr. Wolf:

You asked in your March 4, 2004 letter:

"Surely you are not suggesting that we do not have the right and an obligation to file an ethics complaint."

You, and your chorus that constitute the "we," have an obligation not to abuse the bar association's ethical complaint procedures. You have an obligation not to file frivolous complaints. You have an obligation not to use the process as an extension of your unprincipled malicious personal attacks on me. You do not have a "right" to abuse that process. You have brought the legal profession into disrepute by your actions.
